I propose a simple reflection about what the paradigm shift from traditional positivism to constitutionalism implies (regardless of its versions); in the sense of adhering more faithfully to the content of the constitutions that safeguard the principles and guarantees that inspire local regulations, rather than the strict text of the local or internal regulations.
